This entails scheduled periodic visits to check on functionality and carry out any routine adjustments. A report on the condition would follow with any recommendations that may be considered as improvements but fall outside the maintenance contract remit.

- Closer upgrade
- Locking system review
- Any retrofit, repair or replacement works to enhance the original product brief.
